**Job Description** **Job Title: Project Manager 3** **Job Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)** **Job Type: Contract** **Job Description:*** Serve as Scrum Master for the MDHHS Accounts Receivable and Collections (ARC) project. * Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. * Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile practices. * Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support continuous improvement. * Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders. * Support backlog refinement, story decomposition, estimation, and prioritization. * Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines. * Support software development, testing, UAT, and post\-deployment activities. * Use Azure DevOps for Agile lifecycle and project management. * Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates, metrics, and dashboards. **Requirement:*** 7\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. * Associate's degree or higher. * Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies. * Strong understanding of...
