**Position:** Customer Service Specialist * Lexington, KY (Onsite) * Monday–Friday \| 7:30am–4:00pm \| Full\-Time Looking for a stable, full\-time opportunity where you can help customers and grow with a fast\-paced company? West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Lexington branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post\-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high\-quality customer experience. This is a fast\-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem\-solving, and relationship building.
