In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for potential Owner Operator drivers (internally referred to as Business Capacity Owners or BCOs) interested in leasing and onboarding with Landstar. You’ll connect with prospective BCOs through inbound and outbound calls, build relationships, explain Landstar’s leasing requirements and opportunities, and guide candidates through the application process from initial interest through submission.
