**Summary** ----------- **SUMMARY:** Seeking a skilled Mechanic to perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of the Park Board's fleet of vehicles and equipment (including commercial motor vehicles). Skilled work includes, but not limited to: electrical systems, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, transmissions, and gas/diesel engines. Mechanic performs work in a timely manner to ensure safe, economical, efficient and timely equipment operation and longevity. The Equipment Shop operates with Mechanics working in two shifts.
