As our Junior Production Engineer, you'll be right at the heart of our production floor — supporting day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement, and helping us scale safely and efficiently as we grow.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day hands-on support in the production area, including the inspection of non-conforming (NOK) robot modulesIndependently run small-to-medium continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing production safety, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and qualityOwn, create, and maintain comprehensive work instructions for all internal assemblies, and support the creation of training documentationSupport the implementation of quality assurance processes and maintenance activitiesSupport the creation of FMEAs for all new robot modules and take ownership of executing the resulting risk-mitigation tasksSupport the team...
