**Somerset County Public Schools** is currently accepting applications for a **Supervisor of Finance/CFO** whose primary areas of responsibility include oversight over all financial functions and policies ensuring regulatory and internal compliance for the school system and provides financial leadership to include development of the schools system’s budget, providing budget forecasting and analysis, serving on the school system’s negotiations team, providing technical oversight of the finance, auditing, and purchasing activities to ensure fiscal responsibility, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local government requirements. This position is located at the Central Office. The successful candidate will demonstrate principled leadership and decision making while assuming a leadership role that reflects the outcomes outlined in the Maryland Instructional Leadership Framework. ***This job will remain open until filled.
