### **Description** The Senior Property Operations Manager at ACC plays a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience across multiple properties. This position serves as a critical step in the transition from managing a single property to overseeing greater full\-scale or facilities operations. In this role, you’ll be developing and executing strategies for facilities operations and expense control, as well as recruiting, hiring, and mentoring teams to drive performance and foster a positive work culture.
