**Job Summary:** The Executive Director of Capital Planning leads the Enterprise capital planning processes in collaboration with Regional, National Shared Service and Program Office financial planning SVPs, VPs, and directors, and ensures that the capital plan is aligned with the enterprises Strategic Plan and Long Range Economic Plan. This includes annual development of the ten year capital plan and ongoing management of the Capital Approval Committee (CAC) and Investments Strategic Working Group (ISWG). The Executive Director plays a key role in the design of the Capital Planning process and policies at Kaiser Permanente, ensuring alignment with national strategic imperatives. This includes driving innovation in the capital planning process as it relates to process, analytics, and benchmarking. Kaiser Permanente has an annual capital budget of approximately $5 billion per year covering a wide variety of complex hospital, information technology, land and other building projects.
