**Location:** Northern California (on\-site), 1 opening **Compensation:** $180,000–$240,000 per year **Benefits:** 401(k), dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off A growing construction and environmental services firm is hiring Senior Project Managers for its fast\-growing water and wastewater construction group. The group self\-performs civil, concrete, steel, process piping and mechanical work. You'll own a large Progressive Design\-Build project from preconstruction through GMP and construction, with full P\&L responsibility. ### **What you'll do** * Serve as the owner's main contact through preconstruction, GMP and construction, including early work packages for long\-lead equipment. * Manage the design Engineer of Record as a direct subcontractor. * Lead the estimating team through GMP development at about 30% design, and manage scope and value engineering as the design matures. * Own project P\&L, monthly cost reporting and forecasting (Vista), change orders, billing and collections. * Lead process equipment procurement and sequence it to the schedule. * Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents, field staff and subcontractors, and lead CPM scheduling and work planni...
