Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) \- Cardiac Stepdown Unit\- PRN/ Per Diem position at Flowers Hospital! Unit: 3 South \| Cardiac Stepdown Unit \| PCU Shift: 3x12 hour shifts \| Days/Nights 7\-7 \| Rotating Weekends Department: The Cardiac Step\-Down Unit provides specialized care for patients with cardiac conditions who no longer require intensive care but still need a higher level of monitoring and support than provided on a general medical\-surgical unit. This unit serves patients transitioning out of the CCU as well as those recovering from procedures such as cardiac catheterization, pacemaker insertion, and implantable cardioverter\-defibrillator (ICD) placement. The unit also manages stable cardiac patients who require continuous telemetry monitoring and comprehensive cardiac care without the need for CCU\-level interventions. **Job Summary** The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient\-centered care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
