**Job Summary:** The Project Manager will oversee the development of construction drawings for commercial development projects, minimizing impacts and maximizing site usage. As a PM you will provide oversight on projects while mentoring upcoming team members. **Typical Duties and Responsibilities:** * Responsible for managing projects and plan development for multi\-family, commercial/retail, industrial, and other types of projects. * Responsible for concept development and participate in the design analyses, independently evaluating, selecting, and applying engineering assessment for potential tracts. * Able to attend and conduct meetings successfully with clients, team members, and reviewing agencies with minimal assistance. * Build relationships with clients, community leaders and government officials. * Be a subject matter expert and trusted resource to our clients at the project level. * Execute client project requirements to ensure contractual obligations are met. * Manage the work of CAD Drafters/Designers and Engineers to ensure accurate and quality plan production. * Oversee and mentor the development of staff within their project team. **Knowledge, skills and abilities:**...
