Reporting to the Sr. Accounting Manager, the Sr. Accountant will be an important contributor to the Company’s accounting and financial\-reporting function, with significant responsibility for the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. This role will help ensure that the Company’s financial records are accurate, complete, timely, well documented, and maintained in compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and the Company’s SOX\-compliant internal\-control framework. The incumbent will bring a strong technical accounting background, including required public accounting experience auditing public companies, as well as experience working within a publicly traded company. Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life\-sciences, or other healthcare\-industry experience is highly desired.
