**Job Summary** As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will become the performance and measurement layer across our Marketing organization, turning our digital channels into measurable pipeline and revenue drivers. This position takes full ownership of paid search, paid social, CTV, retargeting, and other performance channels currently supported by our agency partner, bringing that expertise fully in\-house. A key member of the Marketing team, you will connect campaign activity to CRM, leads, opportunities, and revenue, continuously test and optimize the customer journey, and partner with Content, Brand, and Digital to establish KPIs for major marketing initiatives. This role also provides execution guidance and mentorship to our Digital Marketing Specialist through a dotted\-line relationship.
