**SIGN\-ON BONUS – 10K with 1 year of experience!** **Location** Inpatient Pharmacy Broward Health Medical Center 1600 S. Andrews Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33316 **Work Details** **Full\-time** **FTE: 1\.0 \= 40 hrs. a week** **Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7am\-3:30pm and every third weekend.** **JOB SUMMARY** The clinical pharmacy specialist will provide specialized clinical activities relating to designated clinical programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The specialist will be expected to perform various types of medication utilization activities within a defined area, including but not limited to anticoagulation, pharmacokinetics, dose adjustments, order verification, and IV to PO conversions. The clinical specialist shall precept pharmacy residents and students. In addition, the specialist may be asked to participate in appropriate committees and represent the department of pharmacy throughout the hospital or ambulatory settings within the area of focus. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **A.
