Inside Sales / Backoffice Coordinator – Full\-Time \| Hybrid (Miami/DFW\-Based Company) **ABOUT US** We are a high\-growth startup headquartered in Dallas, TX, on track to generate mid\-to\-high eight figures in revenue within our first 12 months of operation. We operate at the intersection of several fast\-moving infrastructure markets: we supply passive fiber optic components to the data center industry, offer a one\-stop\-shop for fiber\-to\-the\-home (FTTH) materials, and are active in the international export market for utility poles and accessories. We move fast, we think big, and we need our team to keep pace. **THE ROLE** We are looking for a hands\-on, ownership\-minded Inside Sales / Backoffice Manager who doesn't wait to be told what to do; they see what needs to happen and make it happen. This is not a reactive role. You will sit at the center of our commercial engine, filling the critical gap between our sales team and our logistics operation, making sure quotes go out fast, pricing stays current, products are ready to sell, and nothing falls through the cracks between a customer's request and a shipped order.
