**General Description** The Real Estate Financial Analyst owns the full financial lifecycle of every active project in the department's portfolio. This includes building and maintaining capital expenditure (capex) budget models, producing not\-to\-exceed budget estimates for customer review before general contractor and trade pricing is finalized, tracking project contingency and change orders throughout construction, and rolling up budget status across the portfolio. It also includes the department's day\-to\-day financial operations: routing contracts through the legal department, reviewing general contractor pay applications, processing invoices for third\-party vendors through the internal payment system, and reviewing lease language to invoice landlords for tenant improvement reimbursement.
