Together our courts and probation departments are committed to impartial and timely dispute resolution; support for families, litigants, and victims; client rehabilitation; and meaningful community engagement. **Description of Job** ---------------------- **General Statement Of Duties:** Manages the preparation, allocation and expenditure of the Colorado Judicial Department budget. **Distinguishing Factors:** This classification is distinguished from other classifications by supervising budget operations for the Colorado Judicial Department. This position receives supervision from the Director of Financial Services at the State Court Administrator's Office. **Essential Functions:** Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, manages all aspects of the budget including; budget preparation, budget execution and fiscal notes.
