**Agile Business Concepts, LLC** is seeking an experienced **Senior Federal IT Program Manager / Task Management Lead** to support a Federal Government IT program. The successful candidate will provide overall program and task management leadership, coordinating application development, O\&M, modernization, project schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, deliverables, quality, and transition activities. **Key Requirements:** * **U.S. Citizenship is required** * Minimum **8 years of IT project/program management experience** * Minimum **5 years supporting Federal Government IT programs** * Experience managing **application development, O\&M, modernization, or systems integration** * Experience managing **project schedules, WBS, staffing, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables** * Experience working directly with **Government PMOs, technical teams, cybersecurity teams, and contractors** * Experience with **Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or iterative SDLC/PMLC methodologies** * Experience with **transition\-in/transition\-out and knowledge transfer** * Strong Government customer communication, reporting, and presentation skills * **PMP certification preferred** * FAA experience preferred * ...
