Job Overview: The Regional Property Manager will directly supervise site staff and be responsible for all operational aspects of a portfolio of affordable housing properties that we own. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and managing people. Duties: \- Supervise site staff at various properties. \- Maintain properties physically to the highest degree possible, including inspectng properties and developing plans to maintain the properties. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for units and common areas \- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations \- Develop opertaing and capital budgets. \- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current ones \- Enforce lease agreements. \- Additional responsibilites as needed. Experience: The successful candidate should possess the following skills: \- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs or Rural Development or LIHTC \- Prepare all operating budgets and capital plans. \- Ensure all rents are collecetd and oversee lease enforcement. \- Implement plans to maintain high occupancy levels \- Additional duties will be outlined and discussed.
