The Graduate Architect will be responsible for forensic investigations, report writing, and construction administration while working under senior staff. **Functions:** * Review and assist with managing project schedule, scope, and fee to ensure successful projects and satisfied clients; * Assist with design solutions and manage client expectations; * Attend site meetings and address CA tasks such as submittal review and answering RFIs; * Perform condition assessments of the building envelope for compliance with Construction Documents and Local Building Codes which includes reviewing available documents, interviews with key personnel, site inspections and field\-testing; and * Organize, draft, and coordinate detailed reports with recommendations relating to the build...
