**Job Summary** Lead construction projects from planning through completion as a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager. You’ll coordinate field operations, schedules, budgets, teams, and project partners to keep complex infrastructure or construction work organized, compliant, and moving forward. **Duties** * Coordinate construction schedules, project activities, subcontractors, and site teams; track progress and address issues that could affect timelines or budgets. * Manage project planning, cost management, construction budget management, contracts, and project coordination from start to finish. * Review construction plans and blueprints, support construction estimating, and coordinate work to meet project requirements. * Apply construction regulations and regulatory compliance requirements; monitor site work and communicate expectations to project teams. * Your impact: By aligning field teams, schedules, and project requirements, you help clients and crews complete infrastructure and commercial work safely and efficiently. * Assisting with handy work on\-site.
