Your new role As an IT System Administrator (all genders), you will join our Internal IT Team and take responsibility for the stable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure in an international environment. You will work closely with colleagues across different teams and departments and actively contribute to strategic IT projects. Your work will help ensure that our systems remain stable, secure, and future-ready. The work you‘ll do Administer and continuously develop our Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure. Take responsibility for endpoint management with Intune, Autopilot, and Apple ADE, working with the team to ensure endpoint security using Microsoft Defender. Manage our on-premise infrastructure, including Active Directory, Hyper-V, and network and Wi-Fi components. Administer our Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence as well as OTRS, including user and access rights management. Support our employees with IT-related requests and during onboarding and offboarding, while keeping our IT documentation accurate and up to date.
