**Physical Therapist (PT)** **Alhambra and Arcadia \| $45–$50/hour \| 1099** Compass Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide in\-person care to patients in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. ### **Responsibilities** * Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and individualized care plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and quality of life * Monitor patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with facility staff and the healthcare team ### **Requirements** * Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program * Experience with geriatric, medically complex, or chronic\-care patients preferred * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently * Reliable transportation for in\-person visits ### **Position Details** * Pay: $45–$50/hour * Schedule: Flexible * Setting: Assisted Living Facilities * Employment: 1099 Contractor * Locations: Alhambra and Arcadia, CA ### **Availability Needed: 30\-32 hours/Week** * Alhambra + 20 Hours/Week: 2\-10 hour shifts OR 4\-5 hour shifts (Not on Fridays) * Arca...
