**Inventory Strategist – Plant Farley** **JOB SUMMARY** This position provides Inventory Control and Materials Management support of Southern Company Nuclear Materials and Warehouse Operations. Employee will be responsible for ordering materials and services for online and daily/weekly scheduling activities, outage, and emergent requests as assigned, inventory initiatives such as Inventory Optimization, and other duties as assigned in support of established goals for Inventory Management and Warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for working closely with site Material Supervisors, Site Supply Chain Management Managers, Buyers, Contracts Agents, Engineering, Maintenance, Site Projects, and Operations to ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the best value while balancing risk and investment. The expectation of the position will be to support and promote Safety, Compliance, Customer Service, and Team initiatives in the workplace. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education** • Bachelor’s degree preferred **Experience** • Previous experience in a Supply Chain role required **Knowledge and Skills** • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills to evaluate and es...
