District Area Manager Job Description: The District Area Manager provides day\-to\-day field leadership for the assigned portfolio of projects. This position reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for field\-operations support across all office locations and for the Project Managers assigned to the area. Through direct supervision of Project Managers and oversight of Regional Supervisors, this position handles daily field\-construction communications and helps drive project delivery on schedule and within budget while maintaining high safety and operational excellence. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or 15\+ years related experience. 10\+ years of progressive leadership/management experience in utility, and/or construction. Preferred Certifications: * IMSA Level 2 Technician * IMSA Signal Inspector Skills \& Competencies: Field operations leadership with a proven record of directing Project Managers and holding project teams and leaders accountable.
