Location: Orlando, FL Industry: Art Gallery / Fine Art About the Position We are a growing art gallery representing 40\+ artists and operating multiple programs and gallery locations. We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive Purchaser to manage purchasing, inventory, consignment, product setup, pricing, and the movement of artwork throughout our organization. This is a hands\-on position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow\-up skills, and the ability to coordinate with artists, art consultants, galleries, accounting, sales, shipping, and framing. Key Responsibilities Purchasing \& Inventory * Manage the purchasing and receiving of artwork from our 40\+ artists. * Create and maintain accurate inventory records. * Enter new artwork/products into our accounting and inventory systems. * Assign and maintain accurate wholesale pricing. * Track artwork from the time it is received through its final destination. * Coordinate transfers of artwork between galleries and locations. * Monitor inventory levels and identify pieces that need to be transferred, returned, or replenished. * Ensure artwork is properly accounted for and located within ou...
