Blushwood Realty is seeking an experienced, licensed Transaction \& Listing Coordinator to join our growing independent brokerage in Southlake, Texas. This is a full\-time position for someone who already knows Texas residential real estate and can confidently manage transactions and listings with minimal training. An active Texas real estate license and prior transaction coordination experience are required. Responsibilities * Manage residential transactions from executed contract through closing * Track contract deadlines, option periods, financing, appraisals, title, surveys, HOA documents and closing requirements * Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies and other parties throughout the transaction * Prepare offers, amendments and other transaction documents * Prepare and send documents for electronic signature * Maintain complete and accurate transaction and compliance files * Coordinate listings from pre\-listing through closing * Prepare listing paperwork and disclosures * Enter and maintain listings in MLS * Coordinate photography, staging, signage and listing launch logistics * Process price and status changes * Keep agents informed of deadlines, missing...
