About the RoleAs our Senior Partner Manager DACH, you'll own and grow Tellent's partner ecosystem across the DACH market. You'll inherit an established network of reseller and referral partners, including a group of key strategic partners with significant growth potential — and your role is to turn that foundation into a stronger, more predictable source of pipeline and revenue.You'll build trusted relationships with key partners, create joint growth plans, identify whitespace opportunities across their customer base, and hold partners accountable for execution. At the same time, you'll identify and recruit new high-potential partners, particularly within the HR ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role: you'll operate with significant ownership, treating the DACH partner business almost like your own business and bringing a clear point of view on where the market can grow.You will report to the VP Partnerships.Your 12-Month JourneyDuring the first 3 months: You build a strong understanding of the DACH partner ecosystem, establish relationships with key partners and Sales stakeholders, and define a clear plan for where to focus your time and investment.Within 6 months...
