**Overview:** **Senior Financial Analyst / On\-Site Team Lead (Contingent Upon Contract Award)** **This position is contingent upon contract award and is 100% on site in Washington, DC. No remote or hybrid work is available.** Shining Light Consulting LLC is an SBA\-certified Women\-Owned and Economically Disadvantaged Women\-Owned Small Business specializing in financial analysis and advisory services. We are submitting a proposal for a federal contract supporting risk management and financial analysis for a government\-guaranteed small business lending program. If the contract is awarded, we will need an experienced credit and lending professional to lead our on\-site team of seven. This is a working leadership role. You will perform senior\-level lender risk analysis while supervising a team of financial analysts, program analysts, and an administrative assistant.
