Clinical Champions! Sweetwater Care, a skilled nursing facilitator with ten facilites in Central Valley and Tulare area, is seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse, licensed as an RN in California who will partner with our current clinical resources and clinical leaders for our facilities in the area to enhance an atmophere where excellent resident outcomes are the focus. The ideal candidate must possess at least four years of experience as a Director of Nursing for Skilled Nursing Care facilities, and a mimimum of two years as a Clinical Resource or like postion. Any applicant should have a strong understanding of CMS and CDPH regulatory requirements, possess the capacity to lead staff and be willing to travel amongst the assigned facilities, as well as out of state, on a frequent basis. The primary purpose of your job position is to steward a small ratio of facilities, and coach the Directors of Nursing in your region toward clinical, cultural, and financial excellence through intentional leadership.
