**Role Overview:** This nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a fast\-paced PACU environment, managing neuro, transplant, orthopedic, ENT, cardiovascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients. **Critical care experience is preferred.** The role includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established standards, promoting patient and family\-centered care, and educating on post\-treatment needs and medication management. **Responsibilities:** * Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, patients, and families. * Ensuring communication of care plans across the continuum. * Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors. * Participating in activities that promote safety, quality, and professional development. * Providing care that aligns with standards and promotes a healing environment. **Qualifications:** * Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. * Licenses \& Certifications: Valid RN license. * Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience...
