Job Description Hard Rock Cafe Foxwoods is seeking an experienced and organized **Restaurant Operations Manager** to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the team in delivering excellent guest service. This role involves coordinating front\-of\-house and kitchen activities, supporting staff development, monitoring food and service standards, managing operational priorities, and helping maintain efficient restaurant performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills and is comfortable managing a fast\-paced dining environment.
