**Position Description:** ------------------------- Perform a variety of professional accounting work related to the preparation and maintenance of public sector accounting and financial reporting records, financial functions related to budget and annual audits. The position requires knowledge of fund accounting, independent judgment and decision\-making skills. Duties will include accounts payable and receivable functions, construction project accounting, grant management as well as submission of state and federal fund reimbursement requests. Duties include oversight of basic daily accounting functions, maintaining financial records and coordinating quarterly water, sewer utility billing.
