Bring your professional talents to join our team in Sandpoint, Idaho. We are willing to train an applicant with no prior property management experience. The Site Manager position requires a strong leadership, and time management skill set in addition to the following: (Not all\-encompassing) * Supervising Maintenance Staff * Maintaining Occupancy * Administering RD and LIHTC certifications * Leasing of property * Resident retention programs * Working with Language barriers * Account of daily deposits * Maintaining accurate reports and records. Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to learn quickly is a necessity. Our apartment manager must be able to have good reasoning and problem\-solving skills to deal with conflicting situations.
