**Summary** Established in 1988, AASK has a strong history of improving the lives of Arizona’s foster children by ensuring that every child has someone who cares. AASK’s programs make a significant difference in the lives of Arizona’s foster care children. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for all financial matters of Aid to Adoption of Special Kids Arizona (AASK) and oversees the Finance and Human Resource functions. AASK is a 501(c)(3\) non\-profit organization with an annual budget of $10\.2 million. The CFO partners with the senior leadership team to meet the organization’s challenges and achieve its goals. The CFO must demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to AASK’s mission and its programs. The CFO will support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior management team to assure the agency’s programs–current and proposed–sustain, and do not waiver from, the Agency’s mission. The CFO will partner with senior management to cultivate an Agency culture that is respectful and appreciative of the families and children AASK serves.
