The role leads maintenance technicians and contractors, coordinates preventive and corrective work, supports safe and reliable plant operations, and strengthens maintenance systems, documentation, planning, and accountability. The supervisor works closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and site leadership to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and ensure work is completed safely and to site standards.
