Business services is responsible for business formations which include corporation and LLC formations. The Bureau of Elections oversees all programs related to the administration of statewide elections to include public records requests and complaints from constituents. The purpose of this position is to conduct compliance reviews related to disclosure reports filed and maintained in the Secretary of State's office in accordance with applicable laws. This position supports the procedures and communications between Bureau of Elections and County Clerks related to budgetary monitoring in collaboration with the agencies finance department.
