Staff Accountant **PUBLIC ACCOUNTING \| 0 TO 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE \| SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN** We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our public accounting team and serve a diverse group of clients through our Paddock Lake, Kenosha, and Racine offices. This position is appropriate for an entry\-level accountant or an accountant with up to approximately three years of experience who wants to develop broad experience in bookkeeping, tax, and assurance engagements. The Staff Accountant will work with senior accountants, managers, and partners. Responsibilities and independence will increase with demonstrated experience and technical ability. Entry\-level staff receive close guidance, while staff with approximately two to three years of experience are expected to work more independently on routine bookkeeping and tax engagements, manage assigned deadlines, and recognize matters requiring review.
