We learn, grow, and achieve more – in our careers and in our communities. **Job Description Summary:** This position is responsible for the oversight and precepting of the ONU \- OhioHealth Pharmacy Intern program to support remote medication reconciliation. This position will also be responsible for review and verification of medication orders across the enterprise via the Enterprise Queue (EQ). The EQ pharmacist will be responsible for interpreting prescriptions, managing patient drug therapy for complications, and performing drug utilization. They will also collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health\-care practitioners to provide safe, high quality, and cost\-effective drug therapy. This position will be remote; however, the training and on\-boarding components of this role will be done on site at one of the care sites. All necessary hardware will be provided.
