As Essence continues to grow, we are building the people, systems and operating standards needed to deliver a consistent experience across current and future locations. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are looking for an Operations \& Membership Sales Lead to help own the day\-to\-day member experience, sales execution and operational excellence of our Walnut Creek location. This is not a traditional front\-desk role. We are looking for someone who wants to help run and grow a business. The position begins as a part\-time, hands\-on operations and membership sales role, with the opportunity to grow into a full\-time salaried General Manager and future multi\-site operations leadership position based on performance, business needs and continued growth.
