**Job Summary** Breezy is looking for a **Service Operations Manager** to take ownership of our service and installation department. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, experienced in HVAC, and—most importantly—a strong leader who takes initiative and accountability. This is a hands\-on leadership role. You’ll oversee our field technicians, ensure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently, maintain high standards for the customer experience, and solve problems without needing constant direction from ownership.
